Come join our Team! South Park Healthcare has an opportunity for a Concierge at our 297 bed center located in Oklahoma City, OK.

Experience in LONG TERM CARE strongly preferred
Experience in hotel concierge work preferred
Experience in customer service in a healthcare setting preferred

Decription: To asisst on our with our state of the art Rehab Recover Suites unit. Assist our guests and their family members and visitors have the most successful, comfortable and rewarding stay. Coordinates in-room entertainment services (internet/cable, education, books, games, etc.). Ensure all amenities in suites are functioning properly (e.g., television, telephone, electric bed, etc.). Orient guest and family member to the amenities of the suites and unit. Guide guest and guest through welcome packet.

Requirements

·  2 years experience in the field of Guest Relations, Hospitality and/or Customer Service
·  Strong communication and problem solving skills.
·  Ability to maintain patience and provide exceptional customer service in all instances.
·  Valid Driver's License & Insurance Required
·  Knowledge of E-mail, Internet, Word Processing Programs.
·  Creative, self-motivated, patient-centered.
·  Strong team player
