Positions in this function are responsible for providing expertise or general claims support to teams and/or projects in reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing and adjusting claims.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
· High School diploma or equivalent required
· 3+ years processing/adjustment of medical claims experience required
· 2+ years proficiency in Excel
· ClaimFacts experience is preferred
· Ability to work independently
· Knowledge of Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid plans
· Knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred
· Knowledge of Plan Benefits is preferred
