Customer Service Representative- Part time Evening & Weekend

Job Description:
Part-Time Customer Service Account Clerk
Great part time opportunity for established company in Yukon/Mustang area. · Hours for this position will be:

5pm to 10pm Monday-Friday
8am to 5pm Saturday
8am to 2pm Sunday

· This position is part time evening/weekend and will rotate 7 days on and 7 days off for a total of 39 hours.

Essential Functions:
·  Follow Customer Care Procedures in processing purchase orders with service vendors. Determine that the work was done as required, that the charges are appropriate, and make a final determination if the job is complete and how much the service vendors are to be paid. Approve the service charges.
·  Dispatch Service Calls.
·  Determine which excess parts are to be returned, update, document the work order and
·  issue call tag.
·  Document and update service jobs as any activity occurs (calls from service vendors,
·  calls from customers, requests for additional parts required, and follow-up requests for
·  status, etc.)
·  Explain and document decisions relating to reductions in charges, waiver of payment,
·  change in schedule, etc., as they occur on all purchase orders.
·  Explain unsatisfactory or exemplary evaluations on service evaluation forms
·  documentation.
·  Ensure Vendor payments are approved on a timely basis and according to terms.
·  Maintain communications with Service Vendors and Customers such that "add on"
·  authorizations are minimized and customer inquiries regarding invoices are minimized.
·  Opening Saturdays mail, scanning, indexing and routing.
·  Minimum typing 35 to 45 wpm
·  Other duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements:
EDUCATION
· High school diploma: Required. Certificate of completion not acceptable. Must have maintained a GPA of 2.5 or better and no grade lower than a C in general Mathematics and basic English (grammar and composition) classes.
· GED may be acceptable depending on test results.
Vo-Tech certificate Preferred. Office or Computer Services; Carpentry; Electronics; Engineering technician or Field Service technician in Electronics Technology or Instrumentation and Control technology.

EXPERIENCE
· 1 year: Required. Direct office experience in office administration as a clerk, secretary, or office manager involving both customer contact (telephone or on-site) and administrative duties; or direct sales or retail sales experience with direct customer contact and computer or cashier/sales register training; or technical position in the construction or building maintenance trades. Undergraduate college or vo-tech training may be substituted for experience at the rate of 9 months training for one year of experience.

TRAINING
PC applications: Preferred. Vo-tech or private technical school training in personal computer use and applications software, Windows based applications such as Word for Windows, and Excel, etc.
Office equipment & procedures:
Preferred. Certified training in equipment such as fax machines, copiers, 10 key calculators, etc. and corresponding training in reports, filing systems, etc.
