Job Summary

What do we do:
We provide F&I and aftermarket products to retail Automotive Dealerships through a dedicated sales force. As a Finance and Insurance Executive, you will be a key player in the success of the outside sales team. You will drive growth and profitability in assigned territory through sales related to the Zurich line of products. You would develop and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers. Sole sales responsibility, in addition to partnering with our Account Executives to achieve product density through a team selling approach.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
2 or more years of Automotive experience.
· Extensive understanding of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology.
· Advanced understanding of our industry, market and competitors preferred.
· Thorough knowledge of F&I underwriting principles/techniques preferred.
· Thorough knowledge of F&I business offerings plus basic knowledge of all aftermarket products preferred.
· Thorough knowledge of legal and regulatory environment, specifically within area of responsibility preferred.
· Knowledge of personal computers, Internet research techniques, company-approved software, and business system applications including customer systems preferred.
· Extensive knowledge of customers' business and operations including interpretation of financial statements and administrative processes preferred.
· Understands financial results how the F&I Executive affects the bottom line preferred.
· Understands effective training and training delivery methods.
· Understands and applies techniques to manage multiple priorities.
· Possesses a high level of motivation to achieve necessary involvement within a team.
· 14. Understands the importance of and demonstrates a commitment to personal and professional growth.
· 15. Outside sales experience.
· 16. Successful completion of formal F&I training a plus.
